Neighborhoods

Picatinny Homes is comprised of five distinct neighborhoods and serves Active Duty military personnel stationed at Picatinny Arsenal. Select neighborhoods are also open to other qualified applicants, as indicated below. We invite you to explore the Picatinny Homes neighborhoods and learn more about the various home styles and features available in each area.

Farley

• Beds: 3 – 6
• Baths: 2.5 – 3.5
• Eligibility: O4 – O7

The Farley neighborhood includes a variety of three, four, five and six-bedroom homes featuring a master suite, sunroom and ample closets and storage space. Residents in Farley enjoy the convenience of a central location at the heart of the installation, as well as a playground, tennis courts and access to public transportation located just steps away.

Lenape

Conveniently located near the PX, Commissary, Frog Falls Aquatic Park and a playground, the Lenape neighborhood offers three, four and five-bedroom floor plans featuring a garage, fully-equipped kitchen and master suite.

Middle Forge

• Eligibility: O4 – O6

The Middle Forge neighborhood offers four-bedroom homes with ample amenities including an open floor plan, two-car garage and master suite with walk-in closet. This neighborhood features a basketball court and playground and is located in close proximity to the base chapel, teen center, PX and Commissary.

Spicer East

Spicer East is comprised of three and four-bedroom homes located within walking distance of the Commissary, PX and Frog Falls Aquatic Park. A laundry room, exterior storage and fenced-in back yard are just a few of the home features residents enjoy in Spicer East.
